Cha-U-Kao, Breakfast tray and Old Etching

This has always been my favorite drawing (its a copy of Toulouse Lautrec's painting Cha-U-Kao (the clown) which I did in water colour pencils) and I promised myself that with my next Art sale I would treat myself to getting it framed. I always envisioned an ornate gold or white frame but then I found this one at an awesome Antique shed in Dromana and squealed with delight as it was just perfect! With an equally perfect price tag of $20. I then got my framer to mount and back it. Unfortunately though, the photo doesn't do it any justice.

I love the wear and tear it has

I love this tray so much!! For $18 it was a steal so Zen bought it for me as an early Anniversary present along with this gorgeous, sweet old etching which I adore.
More posts coming soon. Love E xo

Didn't think I'd yet mentioned how much I love this display! I loved stacked old books, and the teacup is a quaint addition!
